How do Americans think the two political parties stack up when it comes to religion?

Well, a recent Pew Research Center study asked Americans whether or not they thought the GOP was “friendly to religion.” And, perhaps surprisingly, most American’s find the Republicans to be less friendly than they did a year ago.

1). Percentage drop since last year in the number of Americans who think the GOP is “friendly to religion”
2). Percentage drop since last year in the number of white evangelical conservatives who think that the GOP is “friendly to religion”

4). And only 26 percent of Americans — about the same as last year, think that the Democrats are friendly to religion.
